Matt displays a lot of depth with a great ability to adapt his support (form and substance) to the student's requirements. His gentle style allows him to bond well with his students. He is quick to figure out the gaps and focus on the basics needed to close them. He provides useful insight into the 'tricks' used during the actual tests and provides good advice on what to look for and how to best tackle questions of varying complexity. The only challenge with Matt is that he is heavily loaded so you need to plan the sessions well ahead of time although he tries to accommodate your preferred schedule as much as possible. Thanks Matt for the valuable support.
My daughter was very pleased with Marilyn. She was very happy with the tutoring she received because Marilyn verbally showed step by step homework instructions. My daughter said "Wow!" she couldn't believe how much easier Marilyn was able to help her understand her English homework. Marilyn was also on time.
Personal, punctual, great!!
Katrina is an amazing tutor. She's helped my daughter with English (Reading, Writing, Verbal) and Math. She's very organized and always comes prepared for each session. I liked her teaching approach - not only is it effective but quite engaging as well. My daughter just loved her company. She knows exactly how to work on a kid's weaknesses and strengths. At times my daughter could be overly inquisitive and a bit difficult to convince, and I don't think anyone can be as professional and patient as Katrina is. Her biggest strength is her patience and flexible teaching approach. My daughter made great progress with her. If I ever need any help for my kid, she'll be the first one I am contacting. I highly recommend her!
