I Love to the "AH HA" moment when working with students.
I just graduated college from the Univeristy of South Alabama in December 2015. I apply daily for my own teaching position. Until that day comes I substitute as much as I can and I also want to tutor on the side so that I help as many students that I can. Every student deserves the most appropriate education that the teacher and the school can provide for him/her. I have a heart to see all students move toward the best of their particular ability.
