I have an extensive background in working with individuals with autism. I have a bachelor's degree in special education. I also have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction with a focus in applied behavior analysis. In addition to my two degrees I have also completed the required graduate coursework for the Autism graduate certificate. I have taught individuals with disabilities including autism for the last 7 years. I am able to modify and adapt the curriculum to meet all learning styles so that students may meet the education objective.

I have a bachelor's degree in special education and ADD and ADHD fall under one of the 13 categories of special education. The majority of my students in my classroom have a diagnosis of ADD/ADHD. In addition my son has ADD so I know what challenges there are educationally and have first hand experience as a parent. I also have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction and my field work and practicums involved research and education plans with students who have ADD/ADHD.
Aspergers
I have a bachelor's degree in special education and a master's in curriculum and instruction which fall under special education. I have 7 years experience teaching individuals who have a disability including Asperger's syndrome. In addition to my degrees I have completed all the graduate level coursework for the graduate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am currently working on my second master's degree which is curriculum and instruction with a focus in talented and gifted which many individuals with aspergers fit the category.
