I contacted Corrine through WyzAnt, and was pleasantly surprised to receive her response within an hour. I explained what I needed in our subsequent emails over the next several hours. In 2 days, she had put together a crash course for my trip to Paris which was only 1 week away! Considering the amount of time we had and the scope of my knowledge in French (which was almost none), it was an impossible task. As anyone can imagine, I struggled through the way with pronunciation, new words, sentences and conjugations. However, during the trip to Paris, I realized that Corrine had effectively taught me some key concepts, words and phrases that turned out to be very helpful. In fact, I got lost once during the trip and ended up using a sentence she insisted that I learn. (It actually worked and I found my way back!) She is very patient and pleasant to be with, but what's more, she pays attention to how you learn and actually adjusts how to teach. (Many teachers claim they do this, but not many actually can. It's hard to do. I know so; I taught too.) In a nut shell, as far as I'm concerned, I don't see any reason why anyone should not give her a shot! Good luck to you all!
