My name is Alecia, but most people call me Aly. I am 21 years old and from Heath, Ohio. While in high school, I started a program my freshman year at my local elementary school called Hebron Heroes. I asked the guidance counselor there to help me out with the program. It was designed for high school students interested in teaching to come to the elementary school and help tutor students K-2.
