Donna knows how to teach. She quickly assessed my need, level of computer ability and goals. She accepted All my limitations including not mastering what she was teaching me; rather her goal was to help me feel competent and have real skills I could find again once the session was over. She has good life experience with her field. I realized a tutor is necessary when you "think" you can do something but really can't. And feel guilty because you can't.
