I graduated in Linguistics and Portuguese Language at University of Sao Paulo in 1990 and immediately immigrated to the US. where I started teaching Portuguese one-to-one lessons as well as group lessons at a Language School located in Alhambra, CA. At that same school I was trained about the techniques in teaching foreign languages to English speakers, but I had to adapt to non-English speakers as well.
