I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara. During my freshman year of high school, I started helping my peers understand math concepts. That is when I realized that not only did I have a knack for tutoring, but also, I enjoyed it. While at UCSB I worked as a math and physics tutor at the drop-in room for the Campus Learning Assistance Services. Since moving to Los Angeles over 3 years ago, I have been tutoring math, physics, English, SAT II math and physics, and ISEE for stu...

I tutored students with ADD/ADHD one-on-one at the University of California Santa Barbara for 1 1/2 years. I tutored them in Physics and Math. I was very patient even when they got frustrated and discouraged and helped them understand the concepts.

Nicolas is a GREAT tutor! I'm so happy I found him. I had to learn a lot in a short amount of time for an algebra test. I passed thanks to Nicolas's help! He is easy to work with, patient, good at explaining things, and he knows his math! With Nicolas you can relax and know you have an expert helping you. He is very patient, friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. He's also super smart and knows how to write out problems that you are struggling with so you can practice more. He definitely has a talent for tutoring!

Nicolas was very friendly and patient. She arrived on time, answered emails promptly, had a good command of the subject, and could teach in a way that was easy and simple enough for a struggling student like myself to understand. He helped me grasp the general equations of first and second order differentials and integration. His teaching pacing was good for me as a beginner calculus student. I would use him again.
