He is patient, very thorough in explaining concepts, and really dedicated to helping his students. I meet with him a few hours out of the week and if we don't finish any material during the session he even takes time to send me solutions to problems outside session hours. He is also very reasonable, will work with your hours, and try to accommodate you as best he can. I'm now in Calc 2 and have improved greatly thanks to Dev.
