Christine is being a wonderful teacher for my kids. We do not live here and we had to spend almost one month, but the kids studied in Brazil in a international school. We began working with Christine about a month ago to help my son with writing and spelling and she has been great. My son had never worked with a tutor before, and we wanted to make sure that the experience would be positive and that he would be engaged and want to continue. Christine understood his apprehension and immediately diffused it with a book she brought over about water that he found interesting. She then based the writing lesson on what he had learned in the book. I can see progress already, after less than a month. She is calm, focused, friendly, approachable, and has a very positive attitude. I also feel that she genuinely cares about my child and wants to help him succeed. I would highly recommend Christine for elementary school students.

We focus on oral English in the lesson. We do Q and A like regular conversation. The purpose of the lesson is to point out incorrect use of English and teach me correct/natural way to represent my opinion.
