My experience is a combination of civilian and military teaching. Before joining the Navy, I got my Bachelor's Degree in English Adolescent Education (grades 7-12) from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. I spent my student teaching placements in a Catholic middle school (grades 6-8) and an urban high school (grades 9-12).
