Right off the bat meeting Janice in our local hangout I immediately felt her calming aura and that helped my son get rid of his 6 year old nerves. Janice, was both encouraging and uplifting with her youngest client to date (as her and I discussed afterward). She was able to give Chase an assignment which he was able to understand and convey back to Janice.
