Emily taught me about conditions, waivers, and available recoveries for breach...among other things. We were able to cover about an entire semester of work in one session. That's amazing! She is knowledgeable enough in Contracts so that I feel more prepared for my upcoming final. She worked with the materials I provided, such as outlines and flowcharts- and having never seen these distinct materials before was able to explain them to me in a way that made sense. I highly recommend Emily for tutoring in this subject.
