I'm retaking physics over the summer after previously struggling with the subject. Tom is an excellent tutor with a thorough understanding of physics and the related mathematics. He knows the formulas by heart and has participated in real world application of these concepts, yet is still patient and understanding in explaining them to a student like me who displays no affinity for the subject and little inclination to do more than the bare minimum required for the class. He has managed to demonstrate the value of learning this material to me as a computer science major. He is easily contactable and replies quickly to calls, texts or emails and is more tech savvy and spry than anyone his age I have ever met. I highly recommend Tom as a tutor for anyone, especially those interested in pursuing a career in the engineering field. The only thing which could be construed as a downside to working with him is he has little tolerance for tomfoolery or shenanigans, which means the majority of our time together is spent productively.
