I earned my Bachelor's in foreign languages in La Sorbonne Paris: English and Spanish. I taught English for French kids in England and France. My daughter is an 11th grade student who for the past 2 years has been struggling with a very difficult, non-helpful French teacher at her high school. We finally decided that it was time to seek outside help. We were so fortunate to discover Sarah on the WyzAnt tutoring site and what a world of difference it has made in the short time she has been working with my daughter! I think it's a shame how one bad teacher can really ruin the enjoyment of learning a language (and my daughter had been initially excited about learning French) but now working with Sarah, it has made learning enjoyable again. Sarah is a very patient, passionate, and experienced tutor and I believe it is a great advantage that she is a native of France who can lend her cultural experience as well. The other day I asked my daughter would it have helped and made a difference if we had Sarah for the past 2 years and she replied with a resounding "YES DEFINITELY!!"

She did a wonderful job explaining subjects that were difficult to grasp, and since she is a native speaker, I feel like I received a thorough understanding. The tutor is punctual in the hour for tutoring and is always willing to help even when she isn't sitting beside you. I couldn't hope for a better tutor to help me get an A on my exam!
