As a writing and subject peer tutor at Lawrence University, I developed real friendships with the students I tutored. I've been interested in film production since I was 14 years old when I received my first camcorder. Through high school, I made many short films, culminating in a 50 minute film written and shot with a group of friends over the course of one summer. In college, I was an active member of film production club, organizing and participating in film festivals every term. I have experience with final cut express and some windows editing software.

Magdalena is a native Polish speaker. She was born in Poland but moved here at a young age so speaks both English and Polish perfectly. She is an excellent teacher. I am a complete beginner. She was very patient with me, as I have a hard time with some of the pronunciations. She offered a lot of help with some specific words and broke things down into manageable units so that I was able to learn to pronounce things correctly. I give Magdalena the highest recommendation.
