Jay is very professional in what he does. He arrives right on time and is very thorough. He doesn't waste time chit-chatting (which is appreciated since paying by the hour) and gets right into the topics. My son said he explains the materials they cover in an effective way and feels comfortable with Jay. My son has a test Monday so we will see how well the tutoring has helped.
