I never realized I had a knack for (and love of) tutoring and teaching until I was living abroad in Vietnam in 2011 and began helping two TOEFL students prep for the test. Seeing them improve was a great feeling and the next year I took the plunge into full time ESL (and later GRE and GMAT) teaching.
