I was always a strong standardized test taker. I tested well in elementary school, and I attended a magnet high school that only accepted the top 3% of applicants, with admissions based solely on a standardized test. I had a strong SAT score, but decided to improve it by taking an SAT course with a big national company. The second time I took the test my score was EXACTLY the same.
