So our goal was to have Sylvie review and drill him on grammar and construction to fill in those important gaps and bring his writing up to AP speed with fewer mistakes. Sylvie is great with my daughter who is taking French 3 in an online class. She has suggested workbook material which has proven very helpful and works closely with her on her lessons. I only wish we had started with her months ago, it would have saved us from much of our frustrations. Sylvie has been my daughter's tutor since May 2011 and she has helped her in innumerable ways; when they work on speaking assignments she is encouraging, clear and always patient. The online course is not perfect (missing language structure pieces here and there and truthfully some errors plus not having a text book can be challenging). Sylvie fills in those gaps and clarifies content, bettering my daughter's understanding, writing skills and pronunciation of the French language. I always enjoy overhearing their dialogue as they get along wonderfully and my daughter always looks forward to her lesson time.
