My name is Primo. I was born in the Philippines. My father was in the U.S. Army. When I was 1 year old I came to America with my family. My father was assigned to duty at Beale Airforce Base in California. I graduated from Pittsburg Senior High School in Pittsburg. Then I attended UC Berkeley and received my BA in Fine Arts in 1976.
