I am a native Spanish speaker who has studied the language extensively. I learned Spanish in my home and studied it formally throughout my college years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with a teaching emphasis and a minor in Portuguese. I continued to study Spanish at Georgetown University where I received a Master's Degree in Spanish Linguistics. Both Georgetown and SDSU prepared me for my career, but not only as a teacher of a language, but as a language learner, as well....
