I am Dr. X to my students. I have been teaching for 30 years. I always emphasize on student understanding of the material and design the technique based on the students capability and language of learning. Students have different ways of learning, some are more visual, others more analytical and so on. Tutoring students therefore should be based on the student's learning language.
