I am a native Arizonan who is married to a Mexican citizen, and who resides part time in Rosarito Beach, Mexico. I am a private contractor who has taught ESL since we began coming down here almost 8 years ago. I'm both ESOL and TKT certified through the Univ. of Cambridge.
