I received my Bachelors degree in music from Cal Poly in 2010 with a concentration in piano performance. While at Cal Poly, I performed with the Cal Poly Wind Ensemble and the Cal Poly Symphony Orchestra as a pianist and harpsichordist. I also took advanced courses in music theory and history, and I worked as a tutor in the department's music lab.
