Marine has helped me so much with trigonometry in my second semester. It was very easy to get in contact with her and she made it very easy to schedule around her moderately busy schedule. Other than that, her tutoring skills are great! Bring her any type of problem and she will know exactly where to go with it. She makes it all very clear and makes sure I understand everything we work on. She keeps the session on task but she is not too strict or serious like many teachers, which makes it an enjoyable and relaxed experience to tutor with her. She will even help you out with a problem through text, and can explain just as well through texts. She will also not give up on a challenging problem and strives with the student to solve it, even if it takes away from some of her own time. It is easy to tell that she is passionate about the subjects she teaches. My grade last semester was a C+, and is almost an A this semester thanks to Marine. Looking back, this semester was much tougher than last semester in terms of concepts and work load, and Marine made it so much easier for me, even when only meeting up about once a week. Marine is an outstanding tutor who will make a tough class so much easier and even enjoyable!
