Katherine was knowledgeable and helpful in the area I needed assistance with but she unfortunately spent over 30 minutes talking about her personal stories that were not related to my medication calculation questions. I was constantly trying to politely get her to focus back on my math problems and not talk about her. I was therefore very disappointed to be spending $50 an hour to be listening to someone chat about themselves and personal stories. I just think that if she wants to share information and stories about herself then at least do it "off the clock."
