I professionally play Saxophones, Clarinets, Oboe, and Flute, and have served twelve (12) years as a high school Director of Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, String Orchestra, and Musical Theatre Pit Orchestra. I taught Music Appreciation for two (2) years, and taught AP Music Theory for eleven (11) years, where student success in passing rate of the exam was higher than the national average.
