My son Gabe is being tutored by Gavin in honors geometry as an 8th grader. He says that Gavin is a great teacher because he helps him understand the concepts in geometry so that he can apply them to any problem. His middle school teacher teaches, he says, how to do stuff, but doesn't teach clearly the concepts behind what he is asking the students to do. Gavin's also always prompt and has a great and easy rapport with my son.

Gavin is a wonderful tutor. My 14-year-old son looks forward to his tutoring sessions once a week and has been learning the concepts required to problem solve on his own.
