I was born and raised in Japan and came to the US to study. After graduating from college, I lived and worked in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. I have always loved learning languages. But I found the love for teaching. When I came back to the US for graduate school, I was given an opportunity to teach Japanese as a graduate assistant.
