I have other thirty-five years of teaching/tutoring experience beginning in 1977 as the manager/tutor of the Stanford Tutoring Service in Palo Alto, California. There are few things more gratifying to me than the look of satisfaction in the eyes of a student for whom the math mystery has been revealed! I have over 70 hours on Wyzant and each new student, each new challenge, brings me tremendous satisfaction! I am passionate about learning and about sharing that passion with students....

5/20/2014 My son didn't want a tutor, he was very upset that I got one for him. After his first lesson with Brenda, we walked her out to her car, and he came in the house, fist pumped in the air and said, "YES, I love her." That's when I knew I made the right choice! He's confident going into class now, and taking tests. We still have more learning to do, so we'll be studying and reviewing over the summer break. Brenda truly is a fabulous tutor! 100% recommended! 12/02/2014 My son has a major test today, and Brenda made time for him last night to review the test material. We can't thank her enough!
