Hi, my name is Dana S. I am a full time Chef/Instructor in Boulder, Co. I hold my diploma in culinary/chef from Escoffier & I hold a bachelors of science in nursing. I passed the NCLEX in 1992. I continued working as a Registered Nurse in a number of high risk patient settings & for a level one trauma center in Houston, Texas.
