I became a teacher because I was passionate about helping struggling readers. In my career, I have been able to help several struggling readers gain confidence and make dramatic academic gains. My youngest clients have been in Kindergarten. The oldest was 50-years old. My masters is in Reading, and my doctorate is in Administrative Leadership in Teaching and Learning.
