I currently work with students diagnosed with ADD/ADHD; on medication and not on medication. I understand the frustration with working with a child that has a hard time staying on task and focused. One-on-one instruction works well with ADD/ADHD students because it is easier for the teacher to redirect the student and take breaks when needed. I enjoy working with these students because there is so much hidden potential that I want to help the student discover.
