This summer I took a very condensed College Algebra course at Norwalk Community College. The course ran from July 1st to July 30th and moved at a very fast pace. While I am not terrible at math, it is far from my best subject. I knew if I was going to keep my head above water, I would need to invest in a professional and knowledgeable tutor. I got all that and more in John! John was always on time and dependable, and he would stay as long as he felt was needed. Most of our sessions lasted about three hours. His tutoring methods were also very effective. John always answered all of my questions, but he forced me to work for the answer, he never gave it to me on a silver platter. He therefore proved to me that I had a better handle on the subject matter than I thought I did, and simultaneously prepared me for my exams (where I would not have a tutor to provide me with the answer). In short, I believe that John is the best tutor around. His wide ranging credentials and experience rival the best tutors WyzAnt has to offer and he is far more affordable. But most important of all, he truly cares about his students and wants to see them do well. John's tutelage was one of the main factors behind my successful completion of an extremely condensed and fast paced Algebra course and he has earned my highest recommendation!
