ADD/ADHD
I have a MA in in Special Education and 10 years experience with students with ADD/ADHD. As the Academic Intervention Teacher at a middle school 50% of my case load are students that are diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. I have learned how to get my students to complete assignment by chunking them in smaller parts with breaks and rewards.
Aspergers
I have a MA in in Special Education and 10 years experience with students from preK-21 who have been diagnosed with Asperger's. I have experience in discreet trials, ABA techniques along with modification of lessons. Thinking outside the box is a great asset and I help them use those assets to help them with their lessons along with social skills.
