Nightwing started learning about clothing at the knee of her stepmother, eventually earning a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design at Philadelphia University. She has worked for several theaters, and has her own business designing and creating what she calls costumes for life... suits, evening gowns, and casual wear. I have been costuming since before I entered high school. I grew up backstage at the opera, and have costumed plays, operas, videos, and film. I have been a Costumer for theaters in New England, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I have been Costume Director for productions throughout New England. I am a Costuming Consultant for several amateur and professional companies in Connecticut. I teach Costume Creation and Management for area educational programs and theater groups. I have designed, sketched, created, altered, and inventoried costumes for over 200 plays.
