I can remember tutoring friends, siblings, and neighbors. When I came to the United States, I had a background of tutoring math in my country (Ecuador). Therefore, I couldn't get master's degree in this subject because I was supposed to take another bachelor's degree in Math. I didn't want to go for it because it would take me a couple of more years, so I decided to do my master's in Spanish. I am about to finish it, and I will start my student teaching on January in Greenwich High School CT....
