Keith R. is approachable, flexible to work with time-wise, and really knows his subject. We have been able to communicate very well by email and phone. Our teenager who is pretty much a math whiz started to have trouble understanding some advanced trigonometry and pre-calculus problems and concepts. Keith has been patient, persistent, understandable, and friendly. Our teenager didn't have a math book assigned in class, which I think was part of the problem; when asked, Keith was able to recommend a text. My daughter is really getting the stuff now! I have to admit that in the beginning I was very reluctant/apprehensive regarding using Wyzant. After having been tutored by 4 previous tutors in my area and not retaining anything, I decided to give Keith R. a try. OMG! I feel so badly that I didn't go with him from the very beginning. But as the old saying goes, "We saved the best for last." Keith has been thorough and I am learning and retaining ALL that he has taught me. I am almost 60 years old, with some disabilities due to being a "Wounded Warrior" in the US Army, pursing my college degree. Keith speaks and explains concepts and algorithms, in a language which I understand. He is an excellent motivator, and when I was giving up on myself, he hadn't. The meeting places have been awesome, the library, and even McDonalds. Keith is very dependable and flexible with time.
