I had never contacted WyzAnt before, but I desperately needed a tutor who could help me with a very complicated excel spreadsheet using pivot tables that I needed to reconcile for my job. I reached out to a couple of tutors on WyzAnt for help with excel pivot tables. Sam was one of the tutors who responded to me. I was impressed with his background and his reviews. He seemed very professional to me. We met in a library outside of Wilmington. Sam was right on time and looked at what I needed help with. As complicated as the spreadsheet was, he understood what I needed to accomplish and helped me to understand how pivot tables in excel worked. Sam worked on my pivot tables, getting all of the tables to connect properly and accurately, which in turn, gave me the information that I needed. Everything was perfect. He helped me understand what I needed to do and worked with me very patiently. I was so happy to get a finished product that I could be proud of and understand how it worked. I can't say enough great about Sam. He is very professional, accurate, knows the information that he is tutoring inside and out, and is a very quality tutor. My 10th grader was struggling with Honors Algebra II the first half of the school year. Sam was able to work with my teenager for a short time to prepare for the mid-term helping teach all that had been missed in the first part of the school year. Individual confidence and understanding of the concepts is much improved. Sam has taken the burden off of our family as our teenager is now on the path to success.
