Retired Classics Professor (Latin, Ancient Greek)
For many years, I was a professor of Classics (Latin, Ancient Greek, ancient history), first at the City University of New York, then the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since my retirement I have successfully tutored students aged 6 to 71 in Latin and ancient Greek. (My Classics publications include 17 articles, 2 encyclopedia entries, and a book on Vergil’s Aeneid.)...
