I gotta say that I was very skeptical about hiring somebody off the internet as a tutor and specially to help me with a subject as hard as Calculus. I am happy to say that Steve was very professional and had a contagious "can-do" attitude. There are tutors out there who definitely have the knowledge but are not very good with people and explaining the material (such as my university professor). Steve asks great questions to make my son think, he builds my son's confidence AND Steve builds rapport and humor into the sessions. My son is very picky about tutors, and frankly did not learn a whole lot from others, and really did not want to do this. He now willingly goes, and seems much more engaged with his homework!
