Brian started as easy to contact and very quick to respond to my e-mails. He showed up exactly on time and after a brief introduction he sat down with my daughter. Instead of just jumping into the meat of the Algebra issues, he sat for a good ten minutes getting to know her and developing positive communication. Brian then proceeded to work with her and answer all of her questions.
