As the title says, Paul truly is a great tutor. It's too early to see any performance changes with my son but I have to say that this tutor is probably the most professional one I've ever hired for my son. I think his method of using a third party to track progress of my son's math skills improvement versus just giving a subjective analysis is great. He's on time, communicates and is serious about getting the work done. Not necessarily a clock watcher. Although he is more expensive than most tutors on here, I'm from the school that you get what you pay for and so far I'm liking what I see. Definitely worth your initial interview.

We reviewed the assignment I did before my first tutoring session. The purpose was to find out what I knew to determine a starting point to start the tutoring. Paul explained how I should think about learning statistics from the vocabulary to the symbols. We went over how to keep my loose leaf note book to which teaching aids, or examples I should always write down. The emphasis is on learning something, not just getting past the course. Paul my be smiling in the picture, but he is a no nonsense tutor. For me that's good. I know this is going to be productive.
