As a business owner for more than 20 years I have reviewed hundreds of resumes, interviewed hundreds of prospective employees and hired many people so I am very familiar with the process of hiring (and firing). I have also supervised and trained many employees. I have diverse business experience in the areas of sales, project management, business management and accounting. I have taught public speaking and communications classes for Toastmasters clubs, for the Burlington County Library System employees and for the Mount Laurel community education program. I believe that my experiences qualify me to tutor in the subject area of career development.

I have been the president and owner of a business for more than 20 years and I have been the active controller of the company for more than 5 years. The company maintains its books on an accrual basis. I have classroom teaching experience as a past instructor for the Mount Laurel community education program. In college I was a tutor for calculus.

Over the past 35 years I have done quite a lot of writing for business purposes as well as creative writing. As an owner of a small business I reviewed the writing of my employees as a means to control the professionalism of the organization. Unfortunately, many of the employees had poor writing skills. Outside of business, I had an article published in an internationally distributed magazine and, as the winner of a fairy tale contest, I had a book published.
