I was looking for a tutor to help my son in geometry, and randomly chose Erik. I could not have made a better choice. Erik is very kind, patient, and willing to help a student get to the level where he/she needs to be. He is very dependable and flexible, and most of all very knowledgeable of geometry and algebra II. My son, who was reluctant to being tutored initially, told me that he enjoys Erik's tutoring, because he makes him think, talks to him instead of at him, and explains geometry concepts so much easier than his teachers. My son's grade in geometry has increased dramatically.

I didn't have many lessons with Erik, but from the time I spent with him and the communications we had, I found that he is a friendly, patient and knowledgeable math tutor. Given the distance between our cities, Erik tried to be as accommodating with travel arrangements as possible. I came to Erik with questions and concerns regarding the ACT; we reviewed a practice exam and he was able to ease my worries about the examination process by recounting his own experience with the test.
