I was born in Brooklyn NY. I did my BS in Puerto Rico in Bilingual education. Plus, I have a Master's degree in Bilingual Education which i obtained in New York. I worked 25 years for the board of education for NY. I taught kindergarten bilingual for 20 years. I also taught pre-k for 4 years. I taught summer school for parent learning English.
