I have lived for the last 47 years in Miami. Before that I lived near Pittsburgh Pa. In 1970 I discovered that I was allergic to the cold and moved to Miami. I got my Ph.D. from UM in Physical Organic Chemistry and did several years of postdoctoral research at the Rosensteil School of Marine and Atmospheric Chemistry and the Department of Chemistry on the UM main campus.
