Chris was awesome! I had more than a few issues with understanding ArcGIS and Chris did an amazing job with helping me sort things out. We had close to a two hour session that went by very smoothly. He was able to break topics down for me in very plain, simple English that got through to me easily. He also taught me a lot of really helpful tips and tricks to use with the software that makes working with it much more efficient. He was also very timely with any communication we had and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.
