Jackie was great with my son at our first session. Although it was an initial meeting she was able to dive in and help him in several areas concerning English. She also did it in a way that was very supportive of my son and made him feel confidence (this is the first time he's had a tutor). She also looked at an upcoming assignment and gave him a breakdown of how to prepare for it for our next meeting. She was also on time and easy to communicate via email, text and phone and is flexible with our ever changing schedule.
